RETURN POLICY:

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Drop-Guard™, you the Customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases with a 20% restocking fee.

Drop-Guard™ return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with Drop-Guard™ Product Return Procedure a set forth below. Any breach of the Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Drop-Guard™ replacement/return guarantee.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE:

Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"): email customer_serive@drop-guard.com with contact information, Order Number and reason for return within 30 days of receipt of your item. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Drop-Guard™. Customer agrees to provide proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% completed, in re-saleable, unworn condition, and will include the original packaging material, tags and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Drop-Guard™ will not refund to Customer the original Shipping charges. In addition, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Drop-Guard™ is not responsible for any Customs and related fee in customer's own countries.

PAYMENT TERMS & ORDERS:

An order is not binding upon until it is accepted; Drop-Guard™ must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product (s) ordered is due prior to shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping charges shown on upon checkout.

DELIVERY:

Drop-Guard™ makes every effort to ship your order as quick as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days. Customer will be notified if items are back ordered.

Products sold by Drop-Guard™ are intended for use by persons at their own discretion and risk. Since conditions of use are outside our control, we can not assume liability for results obtained or damage incurred due to misuse, nor can we assume customer liability.

WARNING: Bottle precautions: Do not let baby take bottle to bed or feed for extended periods of time. Severe tooth decay may result from prolonged contact with liquids containing sugars such as milk, formula or juice. Discuss with your doctor or dentist on proper bottle feeding. Do not heat in microwave oven. Microwaves heat liquids quickly and unevenly. Burns or scalding may result. Before feeding baby always test temperature of liquid.

Any tear in the nipple or sleeve can lead to the separation of a piece presenting a possible choking hazard. Inspect frequently by pulling the bulb part of the nipple and inspect the sleeve for tears. Discontinue use if the nipple or sleeve becomes tacky or if any tear or crack appears. Do not attempt to enlarge hole as this will cause tearing.

Glass nursers can break. Do not let baby use unattended. Do not allow child to walk or run with this nurser.

CAUTION: Sudden temperature changes can cause glass nursers to crack or break. Be sure nurser and liquid are at the same temperature when filing or warming. Scratching bottle with wire portion of a bottle brush may cause nurser to break and damage silicone sleeve.

Drop-Guard™ sleeve precautions: Any tear in the sleeve can lead to the separation of a piece presenting a possible choking hazard. Inspect the sleeve frequently for tears. Discontinue use if the sleeve becomes compromised or if any tear appears. Do not attempt to remove the sleeve. Do not let baby use unattended. Do not use sharp objects or wire brushes to clean the bottle and or sleeve. We recommend dishwasher or hand wash with soap and water. Always sterilize before use.
